Notes:

• There is a minimum booking of 1 hour
• Any function requiring the use of the kitchen for preparing, cooking or heating food will be charged an additional £5 per hour
• For all one-off bookings there is a deposit of £20 to be made at the time of booking. This is returnable on condition that there is no damage or breakages and the premises are left in an acceptable condition. Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellation with two weeks of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Regular users will be invoiced monthly. Cancellation must be made by 3pm on the day or the user will be liable to a full charge.
